The Angel for November is INTEGRITY

Stand up for what you believe in. Act in congruence with your values and follow through on your commitments.

Much of what we have learned about life came from the outside in – from parents, schools, and cultures that shaped our beliefs about who we are and what has meaning. These early influences often taught us to look outside ourselves for direction, approval, and worth, rather than trusting our own inner guidance. In doing so, we mis-took and mis-placed our power.

Integrity invites us to reverse this flow and live from the inside out.

It is the alignment between what we know to be true within and what we express and embody in the world. When our thoughts, words, and actions are congruent, our life energy flows clearly. Integrity is not about being perfect; it is about being authentic – living in coherence with our inner truth.

We all have times when our outer life drifts out of harmony with what we sense within. Integrity calls us to notice these moments and gently realign, to listen more deeply, and to act from awareness rather than habit. Each time we do, we strengthen trust in ourselves and in the quiet guidance that leads us toward wholeness.

We often hear about paradigm shifts – new ways of seeing that change everything. Integrity is such a shift. It moves us from “me-listic” or “few-listic” living – focused only on self or tribe – to a (w)holistic view of life: one world, one body, one shared field of being. What I do affects the whole; what you do affects the whole. Living with integrity allows our personal choices to radiate clarity into the collective.

Think of our world as circular, not linear – what goes around truly comes around. Integrity keeps that circle bright and balanced. It restores harmony between inner and outer, self and other, thought and action.

As more people awaken to purpose and inner guidance, the need for integrity grows stronger. We are being called to embody what we know, to live from the heart, and to let our actions demonstrate our deepest values. Cultivating this alignment brings coherence not only to our lives, but to the larger web of life we share.

Together, let us hold Integrity as our aligning Angel for this month – that we may help build a world reflecting our highest vision and most loving intent.

May your light shine with quiet truth, and your presence bring balance and peace to the Whole and become an integral being,
