At the heart of Systemic Constellations work is a belief that the roots of the issues we struggle with most lie deep in the unconscious of our wider familial, social, and cultural systems.
Now more than ever, in the face of global uncertainty and change, it is crucial we find ways to centre, stay open-hearted and untangle ourselves from what we inherited, which isn’t ours to carry.
We invite you to join us in this shared exploration.

We are living in times of “unprecedented” change. The need to adapt in a resourced way is an essential life skill.
The challenges of life can easily weigh us down – both the small challenges of everyday life and the large challenges facing our planet. With so much feeling out of our control, it is important for us to come together and find pathways of empowered action that help to alleviate the sense of helplessness. We will dance as we learn how to embrace the changes in our lives.

Read moreJoin Diana Whitmore and Kim Shiller to deepen into your soul’s journey within a community context. Findhorn is a demonstration centre of bringing spirit into matter and this programme shares how spirit is coming into the ‘matter’ of our lives, so that our lives increasingly become a reflection and living embodiment of our soul.
The programme explores the seven archetypal ways or paths to Self- realisation, to recognise our transpersonal nature and ‘The power of deep motivation that indicates the essential nature or “keynote” of the individual.’ (Assagioli 1983, founder of Psychosynthesis).
‘The Ways’ combines psychology and spirituality as a map or guide towards becoming who we most deeply are. A ‘Way’ can account for what is unique and what is universal in all of us.
This experiential programme will take us on a journey through the Seven Ways. The expected outcomes include each participant recognising their ‘keynote’ and discovering new ways to express this in their lives and realising a deeper sense of purpose. Embark on a journey through the Seven Ways and discover your deepest essence.
