The Planetary Dance Community Ritual for Peace – all are welcome at this free event.

People of all ages and conditions have come together in this universal and accessible form over the past 45 years, dancing for peace with the Earth and for peace in their communities. Facilitated by Marie Motais (France) and Audicia Lynne Morley (UK), assisted by Chloé Noble (France), with live music accompaniment by Derek Houghton (Scotland). This free event will be supported by the participants of the Planetary Dance Facilitation Workshop.

This year’s annual Festival of Sacred Dance in the Universal Hall has a shorter form, beginning on Friday 4th July, and ending on Sunday night. There will be live music and dance on all three evenings, plus Sacred Dance workshops on Saturday and Sunday, as well as the traditional Sunday morning Taize session.

Barbara Swetina, Kate O’Connell and her choir, the O’Connells’ band and other local musicians will play for us, and don’t miss dance workshops with Peter Vallance, Susanne Anders Bartholomaei, Barbara Swetina and Findhorn teachers.

In this seven-day musical retreat, Barbara Swetina (Findhorn) and Joachim Goerke (Germany) combine their many gifts to create a unified heart field through the magical power of music.

Become a certified permaculturist on this two-week course in the heart of the Findhorn Ecovillage, blending theory, hands-on practicals and community wisdom. You'll emerge with the skills to create and implement designs aligned with the ethics of Earth Care, People Care and Fair Share. The Teen EcoTheatre Summer Camp is a 10-day immersive programme for young people aged 14–17, held at the renowned Ecovillage Findhorn. We are living in times of ‘unprecedented’ change. The need to adapt in a resourced way is an essential life skill.
The challenges of life can easily weigh us down – both the small challenges of everyday life and the large challenges facing our planet. With so much feeling out of our control, it is important for us to come together and find pathways of empowered action that help to alleviate the sense of helplessness. We will dance as we learn how to embrace the changes in our lives.

Explore the seven archetypal ways or paths to Self Realisaton, with Ecovillage Findhorn resident Diana Whitmore and Kim Shiller, senior trainer at the Psychosynthesis Trust. Based on esoteric teachings of Alice Bailey, the programme will help you recognise your transpersonal nature and ‘power of deep motivation that indicates the essential nature or “keynote” of the individual’ (Assagioli, founder of psychosynthesis).

This experiential programme will take us on a journey through the Seven Ways, helping you to recognise your ‘keynote’ and discover new ways to express this in your life, with a deeper sense of purpose. The Ways combines psychology and spirituality as a map or guide towards becoming who we most deeply are.
